I have been served with a lawsuit, what do I need to do?

File something by the deadline. Most of the court websites have information on how to respond to the lawsuit. Low on funds? Alabama allows Limited Scope Representation which means for a reduced fee a lawyer at the firm can file a response on your behalf (additional fees shall apply for court appearances).

What if I already took action based upon an internet search result or I want to clarify what the internet told me?

For a flat fee of $250.00, the attorney will clarify your google search answer or offer an opinion as to whether a course of action taken by you, regarding a legal matter, was correct. This fee must be paid before speaking or communicating with the firm's attorney.

How long does the initial consultation last?

The consultation will last 30 minutes to an hour. Any matter that requires a review of any documents(letters, contracts, court filings, etc) must be scheduled as a 60- minute consultation. If there is already a pending case, the consultation will be to discuss your desired outcome for the case. If there is no pending case, the consultation will be to gather information to determine the next course of action. CONSULTATION FEES are non-refundable after the consultation has started.
